Materials

I work in 14K white gold, 14K yellow gold, 14K rose gold, 18K white gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold, 14K with gold palladium and platinum.

Nickel-allergic people should avoid white gold; you can choose platinum or 14K white gold palladium.

The inside of your band will be stamped with the metal used!

Make Times

Production time may vary depending on our current order volume, usually around 8-10 weeks(excluding shipping time). Thank you so much for your support! To ensure your ring is as perfect as possible, I never compromise on quality to rush the process, so your patience means the world to me.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you need to make any changes, please do so within the next 48 hours, and send me an email: orders@miravenn.com

After that, changes will require a 20% remake fee, as rings that have already entered production need to be remade. Thank you for your understanding!

Ready to ship is 7-10 business days.

Shipping

International orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx. Arrive time varies greatly by country. If the import of jewelry is permitted in your country, we are happy to offer global delivery to your location via DHL, UPS or FedEx.

For International buyers, you will be required to pay duty/tax at the time of placing your order, these fees are assessed by your government, you will need to bear the responsibility of paying customs duty/tax to your government. Your shipment will have the fun item amount declared on the package.

Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address.

We suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable.

Every Friday is my shipping time. All items ship insured and require a signature for delivery!
Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package.

If you need to change your shipping address, please just send us an email to oredrs@miravenn.com

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package ships. Which will provide your
tracking number so that you can more closely monitor the delivery!

After your item is completed, I will ship it within one week, shipments are usually sent out on Fridays.

Engravings

We offer engraving services for the rings we make. You may leave a note at checkout or email us with your engraving request: orders@miravenn.com

Ring engravings can be any alphanumeric combination up to 20 characters in length.

Consider engraving your engagement ring or wedding band with your anniversary date, an expression of your love, your initials, or a phrase with special meaning that only you two
understand.

Ring Size

I work with U.S. standard ring sizes. You can go to a local jeweler for sizing, purchase a ring sizer online, or measure your finger’s circumference. If you have a local ring size, I can help convert it to a U.S. size.

You may choose to have the ring resized by a local jeweler without affecting your one-year warranty. You are also welcome to send the ring back to me for resizing, which usually takes approximately 7 weeks.

Warranty/Repairs

I offer one-year warranty starting from the date of delivery, the loss of the center stone is not covered by our warranty. I do not cover loss of center stone but will cover any replacement of side or accent stones. Warranty is void if worked on by another jeweler, but ring sizing is ok. I recommend that you have the size adjusted by a reputable jeweler. Warranty does not cover lost rings or rings with severe damage.
