Refund policy

 

All order changes must be sent by email: orders@miravenn.com

If you need to changes to your order (such as metal type, size, engraving, etc.), please do so within 48 hours after placing the order. Once the order has entered production, any changs will require a 20% remake fee based on the order total.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for non-custom items. All exchanges are subject to a 20% exchange fee.

Please note: there will be a $100 re-polishing fee if an engraved item is returned.

Cancellations

Orders canceled after production has started will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Ready to ship orders have a 5% cancellation fee.

Returns

All Made to Orders are subject to a 20% return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions of Return/Exchange

We accept exchanges and return. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request exchange. Once your request is approved, the item should be sent back to us with 7 days.

Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by other jewelers, it will not be accepted.

All returns must be sent back with the ring box and anything else that was included in your order. All pieces must be returned in their original and damages or loss of package on the way back. To start the return process, please send an email to support@miravenn.com , and we will assist you through the process.
